About Me

Aysha Sharma

Intergrated Psychotherapist – “Integrating science, soul, and self-awareness.”

“The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” – Aristotle

From a young age, I was fascinated by one simple question:
“Why do people behave the way they do?”

This curiosity became the foundation of my life’s work — helping people understand, heal, and integrate all parts of themselves.

The loss of my maternal grandfather, Mr. Jeevan Lal Joshi — my sense of home — taught me that our deepest lessons often come from the families we are born into. His memory continues to guide and comfort me on this path.

For over 20 years, I have nurtured my  private practice in Goa, India, offering sessions that are:

  • Private & Personalized: One-on-one sessions tailored to each individual’s journey.
  • Flexible & Accessible: Available in-person or online, so you can work with me from anywhere.
  • Experiential: Interactive workshops to explore diverse healing modalities and deepen your understanding.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, creating a space where transformation unfolds naturally and authentically

My practice blends multiple therapeutic and healing modalities, including:

  • Psychotherapy & Counselling (Masters)
  • Clinical Hypnosis & Systemic Family Constellation
  • Integral Eye Movement Therapy & Provocative Change Work
  • Transactional Analysis, REBT, Gestalt & Client-Centered Therapy
  • Dream Interpretation, NLP, Art Therapy & Handwriting Analysis
  • Energy Healing (Crystals, Reiki, Shamanism, 6th Sense Healing)

My approach is free-flowing and pragmatic, interweaving learned modalities with personal practices of Vipassana, Shamanism, Yoga and Integrative Medicine.

These practices have not only guided my professional journey but have also been my own healing — helping me integrate life’s lessons and return to wholeness.

Healing is a homecoming — a journey of becoming one with ourselves again.

I hold deep gratitude for my parents, ancestors, teachers, clients, and my son Ayaan, who learned the meaning of confidentiality at the age of three and has always respected my sacred workspace.
